KAMU Studio (the "Operator") operates the web services provided under the TAMHEOM brand (the "Services"). We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related laws, and process personal information only to the extent necessary.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
Purpose and scope
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Operator processes while providing the Services, why, for how long, and what rights you have.
This policy applies to all of the TAMHEOM services listed below. It does not apply to external sites linked from the Services (such as experience campaign sites, AI tool and service providers, or game platforms); their own privacy policies apply.

Unless a separate policy is announced, this policy also applies to services added under the TAMHEOM brand in the future, and this list will be updated when services are added.
Information we process
The Services have no sign-up or login and do not ask for information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number. The following information is processed while you use the Services.
Information generated automatically (all services)
- Access logs: IP address, time of access, requested page URL, browser and device information (User-Agent) and referring page. These are processed automatically by the systems of our hosting provider (Vercel), which delivers the websites.
- Visit statistics: pages visited, traffic sources, country-level location, and browser, operating system and device type. These are processed through Vercel Web Analytics, and the Operator only sees aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals.
When you report incorrect information on Experience Explorer
- Report reason and time of the report
- Details you choose to enter (optional, up to 300 characters)
- An identifier used to prevent duplicate and abusive reports: a one-way hash of your IP address combined with browser information. Your original IP address is not stored.
Please do not include your name, contact details or other personal information in the details field.
Information stored only on your device (browser)
The following information is stored in your browser and is not kept on the Operator's servers.
- Experience Explorer: saved listings, recently viewed listings, hidden-site settings
- Tools Explorer: recently used tools and content you enter in some tools (e.g. D-day lists, Mandalart charts, recently used emoji)
- Game Explorer: play history, best scores, favorites, roulette items
When Experience Explorer displays your saved list, applies your hidden-site settings or creates a calendar file, the identifiers of those items may be sent to the server. They are used only to handle that request and are not stored.
Files you select in Tools Explorer (images, PDFs, videos, etc.) are processed inside your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on the Operator's servers.
Why we use it
- Providing and reliably operating the Services, and responding to outages
- Maintaining security and preventing abnormal access or misuse
- Improving the Services through analysis of visit statistics
- Reviewing reports of incorrect information and correcting content
- Preventing duplicate reports from the same user and abuse of the report feature
The Operator does not use personal information for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, we will take the steps required by law.
Retention period

Where the law requires information to be preserved, it is kept for the period required by that law.

To provide the Services, the Operator entrusts the processing of personal information to the infrastructure providers below, and personal information is transferred outside Korea in the process.

Hosting is essential to providing the Services, so if you do not want this processing you may stop using the Services. If you do not use the report feature, no report information is collected or transferred.
We will announce any change of processors or tasks through this policy.
Provision to third parties
The Operator does not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or where investigative authorities request it in accordance with legal procedures.
How information is destroyed
- Procedure: Personal information is destroyed without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose has been achieved.
- Method: Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered. The Services do not process personal information on paper.
- You can delete information stored in your browser yourself using your browser's site data settings or the history-clearing features in the Services.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar technology for storing data in your browser.
TAMHEOM does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. We use the following only where needed to provide features.

Refusing or deleting cookies
You can block cookies or delete stored cookies and site data in your browser settings. Some features, such as saved lists, hidden-site settings and game records, may then stop working or be reset.

- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
Web analytics
TAMHEOM uses Vercel Web Analytics to improve the Services. It does not use cookies. According to the provider, it distinguishes visitors using a hash created from request information, and that value is discarded after 24 hours.
The Operator only sees aggregated statistics such as page views, traffic sources, countries and device types, and does not use them to identify individuals.
TAMHEOM does not currently use Google Analytics or any other web analytics tool. If we introduce another analytics tool, we will update this policy first.
Advertising
TAMHEOM does not currently display advertising and does not use advertising services such as Google AdSense.
If we introduce an advertising service in the future, the ad provider may use cookies or similar technologies, for example for personalized ads. Before doing so, we will update this policy to describe the service and how to opt out, and put in place any consent process required by law.
Links to external sites
TAMHEOM links to external sites such as original campaign posts, official AI tool and service sites, and game stores. Personal information you enter on those sites while applying, signing up or paying is collected by those sites and handled under their own privacy policies.
Some pages also load fonts, logos or thumbnail images from external providers (such as content delivery networks or the original sites). Your browser may send those providers standard request information such as your IP address; the Operator does not receive it.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Please contact us using the details under 'Privacy contact' and we will act without delay in accordance with the law. You may also make a request through a legal representative or an authorized person.
Because the Services do not keep information that directly identifies you, we may ask for additional details, such as the time or content of a report, to confirm the information is yours. If we cannot confirm it, we may be unable to process the request.
You can delete information stored in your browser yourself in your browser settings.
Security measures
- All Services are provided over HTTPS-encrypted connections.
- We handle only the minimum information needed, and the report feature stores a hash rather than your original IP address.
- Administrative access to systems that process personal information is limited to people who need it for operations.

Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised to reflect changes in law, in the Services or in how personal information is processed. We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for significant changes affecting your rights, such as new categories of information or new purposes.
