Terms of Use

01Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the web services provided by KAMU Studio (the "Operator") under the TAMHEOM brand, and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Operator and users.

02Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Services" means the websites the Operator provides under the TAMHEOM brand and all features within them. The covered services are listed in Article 4.
2. "User" means anyone who accesses and uses the Services under these Terms.
3. "External service" means a website, app, experience campaign, AI tool, software, game, platform or similar operated by a third party other than the Operator.
4. "Content" means the text, information, images, data, tools and games posted on the Services, and compilations of them.
5. "Original" means the post or official page of an external service that is the source of information organized and presented on the Services.

03Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Services for users to review. By using the Services, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.
2. The Operator may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
3. When the Terms are amended, the changes and their effective date will be posted on the Services at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users.
4. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may stop using the Services.

04Article 4 (The Services)

The Operator collects and organizes information from various external services so it is easy to explore, and links users to those external services. These Terms apply to all of the following services.

05Article 5 (Using the Services)

1. The Services can be used free of charge without signing up.
2. The Services are in principle available 24 hours a day, all year round, but access may be temporarily limited for maintenance or technical reasons.
3. Some features, such as saved lists, recent history and game records, work by storing data in your browser. These records are not kept if you delete your browser data or use another device or browser.

06Article 6 (Changes to and suspension of the Services)

1. The Operator may change all or part of the Services, or add new services, as required for operational or technical reasons.
2. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Services for unavoidable reasons such as equipment maintenance, replacement or failure, network outages, policy changes by external services, or natural disasters.
3. The Operator may end all or part of the Services and will, where possible, announce this in advance on the Services.

07Article 7 (User obligations)

1. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms and the notices on the Services.
2. Before using an external service based on information from the Services, users are responsible for checking the latest information on the original post or official site.
3. Anything users enter, such as reports of incorrect information, must be based on fact and must not include other people's personal information.

08Article 8 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not:

• Use the Services for purposes that violate the law or are contrary to public order or morals
• Collect content in bulk by automated means, or place excessive load on the Services, without the Operator's prior consent
• Circumvent the Services' security, access systems without authorization, or transmit malicious code
• Repeatedly submit false reports or abuse the report feature
• Enter other people's personal information or infringe other people's rights
• Copy, distribute or commercially use content from the Services without the Operator's consent
• Impersonate the Operator or TAMHEOM, or mislead others into thinking something is affiliated with the Operator

If a user violates this Article, the Operator may restrict that user's access to the Services.

09Article 9 (Intellectual property)

1. Rights in the Services' design, logos, the TAMHEOM brand, text written by the Operator, and compilations such as the selection and arrangement of information belong to the Operator.
2. Rights in the names, trademarks, logos, images and original content of external services shown on the Services belong to their respective owners. TAMHEOM uses them only to provide information and indicate sources, and their display does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by those owners.
3. When presenting external content, we provide the source or a link to the original wherever possible.
4. If a rights holder notifies us that their rights have been infringed, the Operator will review the matter and take necessary action, such as editing or removing the content.

A contact channel for the Services will be posted on this page once it is confirmed.

10Article 10 (External sites and third-party services)

1. TAMHEOM only introduces and links to external services; it does not operate them. Each external service is operated independently by its own operator.
2. Applications, sign-ups, agreements, payments and benefits on external services are between the user and that external service, and the Operator is not a party to them.
3. When you use an external service, its own terms and privacy policy apply.
4. Please direct questions or disputes about an external service to that service. The Operator will cooperate where it can, for example by correcting information.

11Article 11 (Accuracy and timeliness of information)

1. Information on the Services is collected and organized from what external services have made public, and some of it is collected automatically.
2. The Operator strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but information on the Services may differ from the original because of timing differences or changes to the original service. The Operator does not guarantee that information on the Services is complete, accurate or current.
3. Please confirm final details on the original post or official site before making important decisions.
4. If you find incorrect information, please let us know, for example through the report feature. We will review and update it.

12Article 12 (Advertising and affiliates)

1. TAMHEOM does not currently display advertising or use affiliate links.
2. The Operator may display advertising or use affiliate links on the Services in the future. If so, they will be labeled so users can recognize them as advertising or affiliate content.
3. Transactions made through advertising or affiliate links are between the user and the advertiser or affiliate.

13Article 13 (Disclaimer)

1. The Operator is not liable for failure to provide the Services due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or failures or policy changes of external services.
2. The Operator is not liable for the content, quality, application results, provision of benefits or transactions of external services.
3. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of decisions users make based solely on information from the Services without checking the original post or official site.
4. The Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user, or for loss of records caused by deleting browser data or similar.
5. However, none of the above applies where the Operator has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

14Article 14 (Damages)

1. The Operator provides the Services free of charge and will compensate users for damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence in accordance with applicable law.
2. If a user causes damage to the Operator by violating these Terms or applicable law, the user must compensate the Operator for that damage.

15Article 15 (Privacy)

The Operator protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable law. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

16Article 16 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

1. These Terms and use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The Operator and users will try in good faith to resolve any dispute relating to use of the Services. Disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion will be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
